New Patient Registration
When registering we require photo identification and proof of address. You will be asked to complete a registration form for each person registering with the Practice.
If you are new resident to the UK or you are an overseas visitor then additional documentation is required – contact our reception team for more information.
If you move out of the practice area, you will need to re-register with a Practice in your area.
Patients are registered with the practice, not an individual GP.
Practice Boundary
The boundary area for the Practice is as follows:
Along London Road to the top of Easter Road, down Easter Road (right side only), along East Hermitage Place and Claremont Park then onto Seafield Road along Seafield Road East and onto Sir Harry Lauder Road, turning right onto Milton Road West and Duddingston Road, through the village and along Queens Drive, past Arthur Seat then back onto London Road.

Please telephone reception, if you are unsure if you are living within the practice boundary area.
Guide to GP Services
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.
