Open Surgery is changing slightly in the way that it runs. From Monday 25th March we will now have 28 available open surgery slots which runs on a first come first served basis and can not be booked in advance or over the phone. This change allows us to offer some pre-bookable morning appointments.
Patient Participation Group
This is YOUR practice...Make YOUR voice heard!
To help us find out what you think and shape our practice to suit you, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time. We will keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

You said... "Having a specimen box would save patient's blocking others waiting to see the receptionist". We did... Add a specimen deposit box to the reception desk where you can post your samples and save any queuing. Please always remember to have your name and date of birth written or they cannot be sent!
You said... "Thanks for running the Open Surgery in the mornings. Without it I would have been far less likely to have come in to see a doctor and that would have delayed the discovery of a life changing illness.
