Our repeat prescription system is changing; if you need to order a prescription online please email your request with your Name and Date of Birth. Our new service will be available once you have completed the registration form.
Find below our email address as well as the online access registration form; if you don’t have access to a printer, you can collect the form from reception. All forms must be handed in with photo ID.

Prescription request must be submitted before 4pm, otherwise please allow 3 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to take prescription requests by telephone.
If the medication you require is not on your repeat prescription list, it may still be possible to issue a prescription if it has recently been issued. If we can't issue a prescription, we'll tell you, either by phone or (preferably) SMS. Please ensure we have your correct mobile number, you can update this by completing the change of details form under our 'Online Services' tab above.
Most of the local chemists can also collect your prescription from the surgery and may deliver your medication to your home. Contact your local chemist for further details.
Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. If your prescription is collected by the Pharmacy, please allow a further working day.
